Music:
Stoney Holiday
7-9 pm
Formed in Boise, Idaho in 2009 by Adam Rider, Jay Matts & Tyler Stonehocker they begin to build their fan base as they moved around the northwest — from Portland, then to Denver, and now reunited in the Applegate Valley in southern Oregon.
On lead vocals and acoustic guitar you’ll find songwriter Tyler Stonehocker (Stoney), whose raspy voice and larger-than life personality bring the crowd to their feet with a smile on their face. Jay Matts is Stoney Holiday’s on lead guitarist and also on vocals – brining a powerful funk to the band. Tony Sparkle from St Louis jams on bass, and all the way from New Hampshire, Mickey from Left Coast Country on dobro and Adam Ryder (Gingy) backing them all on drums.
Stoney Holiday has opened for or played late night with the likes of: Billy Nershey of String Cheese, Keller Williams, Hot Buttered Rum (at the Mateel), Railroad Earth, Widespread Panic, Further and more.
They are fun and original music band in Oregon and fast becoming the west coast favorite! New album is in the works with coast-to-coast tour coming soon.
